Energy labelling of electrical lamps and luminaires.

Lamps (directive from 1 September 2013)

Delta Light is manufacturer for the REO 111 retrofit lamps, the ledstrips and ledflex mentioned in the
technical chapter of the Lighting Bible.

These lamps are only to be installed by professional installers and not to be put in the market via a
point of sale directly to the end-customer. Therefore the label will not be attached to the packaging.
They are available in digital format (PDF) HERE.

The energy efficiency class must be mentionned in any advertisement, formal price quote or tender
offer disclosing energy-related or price information for a specific luminaire. (to the end-customer)

Luminaires (directive from 1 March 2014)

The energylabel must be present when the luminaire is presented for sale to the consumer.
This can be on the box when it is put in a shoprack or on a product sheet near the luminaire displayed in
a showroom of a shop where consumers can buy the product.

The energy efficiency class must be mentionned in any advertisement, formal price quote or tender
offer disclosing energy-related or price information for a specific luminaire. (to the end-customer)
