A world of reflections
fusing light, technology, form and colour
Six months after the presentation of its Lighting Bible 12 New Collections in Frankfurt, Delta Light takes the stage again to introduce 3 new ranges. The occasion is the Interieur Biennale in Kortrijk (BE), known as one of the most unique and inspiring design momentums on the international calendar.
Jan Ameloot, managing director Delta Light: “Continuous innovation is an essential part of the company’s philosophy, expressed every year with the launch of new collections. Thanks to our extensive inhouse design, engineering and prototyping abilities we are able to move fast and precise, making our short idea-to-market philosophy come true”.
Delta Light is known worldwide for its technical architectural lighting, applied by architects and designers in small to large scale projects. To further expand the offer the company now presents more decorative solutions. “Our extreme fascination with new technology and fully integrated architectural lighting remains as our core business. Looking to complete our portfolio of technical architectural lighting, we challenged our design and engineering team to come up with a set of more decorative and expressive shapes” says Jan Ameloot.
The result is REFLECTIONS, presented for the first time at the Interieur Biennale in Kortrijk. Reflections comprises 3 new collections, a series of new adventures in luminaire design. A mission to improve the relationships between architecture, interiors, its users and visitors. A poetic expression of craftsmanship, light, technology, texture, shape and mood. With these new collections Delta Light wants to help create the right atmosphere, so that the experience of every space is filled in a warm and unique way. These 3 new collections will be available as from Q1 2019.
A new stand concept - Natural Reflections
Delta Light presents its novelties in a brand-new stand design. The concept is a world of reflections, a palace of mirrors with surprising angles and views. The stand features 19 rectangular pillars of 600x600mm, each 4m high. The pillars are either closed all-around, or open on 1 side. When open on 1 side visitors are invited to discover a configuration of new and existing designs.
The reflective surfaces enable the products on display to be viewed not only on their own, but also against others. The slightly distorted reflection of the mirrored laminate provides an added dimension.
