At Delta Light NV (Delta Light), we are committed to conducting our business and pursuing our objectives in accordance with all applicable laws and the strictest ethical standards.

Anyone who would nevertheless become aware of or have concerns about unethical or illegal behavior in a work-related context is encouraged to report such concerns to Delta Light. We kindly ask reporters to describe the concern as accurately as possible, and include appropriate details (place of facts, people involved, relevant dates, any previous reporting to the management, etc.). Attachments can be added to the e-mail.

Reports through this internal reporting channel are received, followed up and managed by Delta Light's Legal Manager. We guarantee confidential treatment of reports in accordance with our legal obligations.

Any personal data provided will only be used to investigate the report and to take ay measures needed. More information about the processing of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

Anonymous reports are possible, but are not encouraged as follow-up on anonymous reports is usually much more difficult.

Delta Light encourages reporters to use the internal reporting channel. Internal reports are best suited to allow Delta Light to thoroughly investigate the report and take any appropriate measures.
